An example of this would be the giant American WarMachine. The government says we need all these weapons to protect Americ a.They do not say who we need protection from. In fact there authentically is no one weneed to be protected from. The Soviet centre is no more and the rest of theworld is already years tin in technology. Then why do we cut down billions ofour dollars on weapons.
